Club Policies
The Halifax Club members are invited to make use of the space to relax and unwind, to engage in good conversation with friends new and old, to hold business meetings, and to host any events.
Visiting members from Clubs with which we have a reciprocal relationship, must send a letter of introduction to our Sales Manager, Jennifer, from their affiliated Club with advanced notice before visiting The Halifax Club.
We serve a full menu of fine and casual dining options daily for our members within our operating hours. Reservations are necessary for members and reciprocal members who wish to dine in outside of our operating hours or for hosting any meetings and events.
We warmly invite prospective members to contact us for a Club tour and membership information.
Hours: Members may make use of the Club during the following hours:
Monday - Friday: 8AM to 4PM
Evenings: By Reservation Only
Saturday and Sunday: By Reservation Only
Dress Code: Business Casual Attire
Reservations: We are delighted to accept reservations for our members to dine in with us. Reservations and letters of introductions are required by members from associated Clubs wishing to use our facilities.
Forms of Payment: The Halifax Club accepts Cash, Debit, Visa, and Master Card. Members of Reciprocal Clubs that dine in with us must settle payment before departure. There is a 20% auto gratuity on all food and beverage.
Accommodations: There are no on-site accommodations at present. Please call (902) 407-1112 for more details on our affiliated hotels. Some of our affiliated hotels also offer pool & gym services, dine-in discounts and other benefits for our members.
Reciprocal Clubs: The Halifax Club is affiliated with multiple other Clubs, allowing our members to receive the benefits of our reciprocal Clubs whenever they travel for business or pleasure. Letters of Introduction to Jennifer, our Sales Manager, are required by the reciprocal Club in advance.
Letters of Introduction: Halifax Club members are required to show a letter of introduction when visiting any of our reciprocal Clubs. Please contact our Sales Manager to accommodate any requests.
Member Policies:
Halifax Club Members, Cigar Lounge Members and their guests agree to treat all staff and fellow members with respect and dignity. The use of abusive/offensive language and/or threats will not be tolerated in any way.
Halifax Club Members, Cigar Lounge Members and their guests agree to treat the property, fellow members and any belongings with respect.
Halifax Club Members, Cigar Lounge Members and their guests will drink responsibly and in moderation.
Halifax Club Memberships and Cigar Lounge Memberships may not be transferred, exchanged or sold.
Halifax Club Memberships are separate from our Cigar Lounge Memberships. Reciprocal Clubs do not have reciprocal access to our Cigar Lounge.
Reciprocal Club Members may receive 10% off of our day passes for the Cigar Lounge purchased only in the Cigar Shop. Letters of Introduction must be shown at time of purchase.
